$35 Beauty Challenge

I decided to take the $35 Beauty Challenge.  Curious? Twice a month, I am going to arm myself with $35 and take a fieldtrip to my nearest drugstore, department store makeup counter or beauty and makeup chain store.  And simply put, I’m going to see how creatively I can spend up to $35.

1. Urban Decay’s Eyeshadow Primer Potion– I’ve had my eye on this guy for a long time and I’ve heard great buzz on this product.  So naturally, I had to try it for myself!  It went on feather-light and provided the perfect base for the smoky eyeshadow I’ve been trying to perfect!      $19
2. Ulta Metallic Eyes in Golden Eyes–  I was inspired by Jessie’s post on silver eyeliner and had to jump on the metallic eyeliner bandwagon.  It’s such a pretty look for the holidays!  I was  impressed by how smooth and stay-put it was!      $8
3. Earth Therapeutics Naturally Anti-Bacterial Complexion Towel– This is the softest facial towel ever!  It’s made from renewable bamboo eco-fiber, so you can treat yourself guilt-free.      $5
