Beauty Splurge: New Products for Spring by Josie Maran

I have just been recently turned onto Josie Maran Argan Oil Products. These high-quality products give you the luxury you crave, but also use organic, chemical-free ingredients so you can feel good about the products you are using.  All of the products feature Argan Oil, which comes from the Argan tree in Morocco.  Thanks to Argan Oil being rich in Vitamin E and essential fatty acids, it helps to keep your skin youthful, beautiful and radiant.

Here are a few of the new products for spring (and one that isn’t exactly new, but I want to try it anyway):

Argan Illuminizer, $28 (pictured above)- An ultra-light skin brightener with a hint of bronze, giving skin a radiant, luminous, lit-from-within glow that lasts all day. Argan Illuminizer works to eliminate dark circles and rejuvenate sleepy-looking eyes, while Argan Oil conditions and restores the skin. The universal bronze shade is perfect for any skin tone and all skin types.

I am a sucker for products that promise illuminating qualities.  I am always searching for tinted moisturizers that allow me to get that subtle, gorgeous glow like you just went to a spa.  This product looks like the perfect one to create a dewy complexion.

Argan Eye Love You Too Palette, $42- A limited-edition palette that contains eight Argan-infused eyeshadows for endless eye looks. Enriched with pure Argan Oil, these soft, velvety shadows blend effortlessly and stay put for intense, saturated, all-day color. The perfectly portable palette comes with an easy-to-follow, how-to card from Josie herself, featuring step-by-step instructions on how to create the ideal day and night looks.

This is a little pricey for me for eye shadows, but I just love the palette and the versatile, totally wearable colors in it.  I especially like the lighter colors, which are perfect for spring.

Argan Color Stick, $22- The Argan-oil infused color stick is a sheer tint that gives lasting, natural- looking color to cheeks and lips. All shades are designed to flatter every skin tone. The paraben and fragrance free formula contains Josie’s signature ingredient, organic Argan Oil-the world’s richest source of vitamin E and essential fatty acids.

This product isn’t new, but I really want to try it out.  I love the portability and the versatility: you can toss it into any of your bags and then swipe it onto the apples of your cheeks as well as onto your lips for an irresistible, natural flush.

I don’t know about you, but I will probably take any beauty advice that Josie Maran says since she is absolutely stunning.  I can’t wait to get a hold of these products and give them a try. They are a little bit pricey, but for the quality and amazing ingredients I think that they just might be worth the splurge.
