Taking Neutrals from Day to Night

Sometimes an unexpected evening out can leave you unprepared, makeup-wise. Or Happy Hour is ending soon and your friends won’t wait on you to redo your makeup before they order drinks. Jerks. Here’s how to take your neutral daytime makeup from fluorescent-friendly to smoldering siren:

For Day: Apply deep gold eye shadow all over lids then blend khaki green shadow into crease and up toward the brows. Keep lips simple with clear balm.

Switch to Night: Add forest green or emerald liner on upper and lower lashes- this will add that “smoldering” effect. Intensify your lips with a touch of pink.
