Kate graciously took time out of a busy schedule, she’s now in the middle of Fashion Week and planning her wedding. I was thrilled and excited when Kate agreed to share some of her beauty secrets, she always looks amazing, both on and off the Red Carpet. Anita: What are your top 5 favorite beauty products and why?

Kate:

Bumble & Bumble Gentle Shampoo and Rich Conditioner because they work – they do what they say they will.
Kiehls Original Musk Shower gel because it smells like you stole it from your man.
Chanel nail polish – They are amazing colors that don’t chip
Bobbi Brown Bronzer brick – I wear this every day and it gives you a glow like you just came from the gym
Shu Uemera eyelash curler – works beautifully!
Arcona Eye Dew – its magic in a bottle and makes my eyes and lashes look wet so I don’t need mascara.

Anita: What are your favorite non-brand beauty items?

Kate: 3) Cetaphil skin cleanser because it’s so gentle. 2.) Dove soap the smell reminds me of my childhood

Anita: My favorite question, what is your favorite shade of Red Lipstick?

Kate: My favorite shade of Red Lipstick is Chanel’s Saturn – it makes my eyes look whiter/bluer – and I really don’t need much else! (I think it’s discontinued but I stockpiled it!)

Anita: If you had five minutes in the morning to get ready, what beauty products would you use?

Kate: My favorite beauty products only take me 5 minutes, that’s all the time I actually have – I swear by them!

Anita: Last minute pearls of wisdom?

Kate: Make up makes you look older – I try to wear the least amount of makeup possible! Lipstick and eye lash curlers work wonders if you have a good hydrating lotion.
